The house is organized over two floors adapted to the natural slope of the terrain. The basement floor, conceived as a more technical space, houses the vehicle access and storage areas, and is connected to the ground floor via an interior staircase and an elevator, ensuring comfortable and functional circulation. It is on the ground floor where daily life takes place and where the relationship with the outdoors becomes central.

Situated at the foothills of the Gavarres mountain range, this dwelling opens up to and connects with the surrounding natural landscape.

The stone walls, extending from the exterior to the interior, act as structuring elements and create spatial sequences that establish a constant dialogue with the landscape.

These walls, together with transition spaces such as porches and terraces, generate a gradual transition between inside and outside, providing depth and quality to the environments.

The orientation of the house follows bioclimatic criteria, taking advantage of solar energy to achieve comfort and efficiency. Integration with the surroundings is reinforced through natural materials and a respectful placement on the site, allowing the house to blend naturally into the landscape.

Can you imagine a conscious, sustainable, and unique space? Let's talk, shape your ideas, and make them a reality.
